Rehabilitation and Refurbishment of the Official College of Surveyors of Madrid (COAATM)
The space is structured around a core of vertical communication, with a panoramic lift and conversion of the courts into elements of spacial joint. The 'backwards' opening of the lift creates a new lobby on each floor which rationalizes the circulation system, the horizontal adopts a circular system that formalizes as an area of relationship.
