Underground parking and public Plaza Luis Seoane
Over the new parking, a linear garden replaces the old one. The exits of the stairs covered and closed set fragmented areas that allow differential enjoyment. Seoane's statue creates a focal point, surrounded by corten steel, reflects the time symbolized by the rust and imperishable artist's work.
