Facing the Burgo estuary, along the new promenade, in a privileged area, stand proud the structures of Cros Old Factory, built with its unique lightened cover based on ceramic pieces. The project contemplates the repair and restoration of the three buildings with three uses: auditorium, library and craft center. First prize in the competition of ideas.
